The perfect cafe chair is a chair the customer likes and makes the customer want to come back. This customer will not know why he or she feels so welcomed and comfortable. All that customer knows is that he or she wants to come back again and again, spend more money, spend more time in the establishment and bring his or her friends. The customer wants a dining experience that is worth the money he or she pays. This customer is not thinking about the chair and will not think about the chair unless there is a major problem with it. The cafe chair is an owner’s secret to having more business, people lingering longer and spending more money per visit.

The owner is concerned about the decor, how the many cafe chairs work with it and the price of the chairs. This business owner has checked out all the cafes in town and knows what style and color every one has, if they have inside and/or outside seating and how large the cafe room is. Of course, the menu will guide the choice of chairs; a frozen yogurt store would want an easy-to-wipe-down style where a finer establishment may choose a more exquisite chair.
